14 grams of amino acids per serving, 6.6 grams of instant BCAAs with a 10:1:1 ratio, 3.3 grams of Glutamine, 3.3 grams of a blend of L-Lysine, L-Alanine, Taurine, L-Glycine, 1 gram of Citrulline, and electrolyte blend to promote hydration during and after workouts.
