Lucovitaal Super Fish Oil Omega 3-6 consists of two essential fatty acids that the body needs for overall health. Due to the mix of fish oil and evening primrose oil, this supplement contains a balanced composition of healthy fatty acids.
Omega 3 contains the essential fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). These fatty acids are, with a daily intake of 250mg, good for the heart and DHA is also good for brain function. Omega 6 is extracted from evening primrose oil and also contains an essential fatty acid called Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA).
Essential fatty acids cannot be produced by the body, you must obtain them through food or a supplement.
